Is therapy right for me?
The Short answer is: Yes!
Therapy should be for anyone who is ready to take that first step.
The reality is: navigating past and present stressors, relationship challenges, communication struggles, or a lost sense of direction—while also managing life’s expectations and today’s world—can stir up emotions and symptoms that are hard to face on your own.
With Empowered Minds, you’ll find a provider who supports you through every high and low as you reconnect with your authentic voice and true self.
I offer individual therapy grounded in self-compassion, open dialogue, and a nonjudgmental space, with a personalized focus on strength-based values, mindfulness, coping, and kindness.
“If we can share our story with someone who responds with empathy and understanding, shame can’t survive.”
– Brene Brown
